Jimmy Flame. Founding member of Seattle rock band Jimmy Flame and the SexXy Boys.
Kurt Bloch called the band JF&TSB during the "It's after sick" recording sessions to make space on the master CD's. Their music has been described as "loud", "tasteful", and "vitriolic at times". The band formed in late 1998 under different monikers until Flame met Jake after moving to Seattle from Baltimore. Jake and Rocky came to Seattle from Wyoming after playing music in New York. The lineup "solidified" with the release of "It's after sick" in 2005. The band likes Johnny Thunders, Nirvana, CCR, and The Ramones. But it's not unusual to hear other influences in the music. From Joy Division to Bowie and then some. Flame has always appreciated the term, "tasteful".
Garage, noise, northwest caveman rock. Me Infecto have been at this for quite some time. The last time I saw them I couldn't make out vocals from guitars and could not hear the drums. Rock at it's loudest. The Valley has some serious competition.
