Joe Feddersen: Vital Signs

Sunday, Jan 10 10:00a to 5:00p
at Tacoma Art Museum, Tacoma, WA
Age Suitability: All Ages

Northwest artist Joe Feddersen is a printmaker, basket weaver, and glass artist who weaves traditional forms and symbols drawn from his Native American heritage with contemporary imagery. His highly regarded work explores the relationship of culture and the landscape and urban place markers and indigenous designs. The resulting work is both coolly modern and warmly expressionistic. This touring retrospective was organized by the Hallie Ford Museum of Art at Willamette University.
