Managing for High Performance and Retention offers practical, research-based models and skills to help managers build vibrant, productive workplaces that attract, develop and retain talented employees. Workshop participants will explore when and how to teach, coach, assign, delegate, counsel, confront and discipline based on the development levels of their employees. Through lively discussion, self assessment, role-playing and assignments using their own real life examples, participants will learn how to influence performance while maintaining an atmosphere of respect, honesty and accountability. Throughout the course, participants will develop action plans to improve their management performance and achieve greater team productivity and better retention.
