Each session taste Five to Six wines from Washington and France while you enjoy hors d'oeuvres and the breathtaking view of Elliott Bay from fifth-floor Portfolio Restaurant … and perhaps stay for dinner. Dieter not only guides you through the tasting, he will speak about the wines' grape varieties, the local viticultural areas and French appellations, offer food & wine matches, and more.
