The food at The Mark is worth a trip to Olympia.
I was recently in Olympia with a friend and the highlight of our stay was dinner at The Mark. I had been there before a couple of years ago and I was hoping the food was as good as I remembered. I wasn't disappointed! Everything was delicious - from the bread to the incredible desserts. The only reason I didn't eat there every night was that it was not open on the day we arrived. I live in the SF Bay area and we are lucky to have wonderful restaurants, but, really, I wish I could beam myself to Olympia at least once a month!
