The el Sistema (originating in Venezuela) inspired program socially transforms children through the power of music. This is an after-school music program that is spreading around the world. SOGO is excited to welcome Stanford Thompson, the CEO of POP! (Play On Philly), as our keynote speaker. A graduate of Curtis Institute of Music, Stanford is the founder of POP! and will present a lively, imformative message of how low income children are transformed by this program.
