Kristen Rubis, owner of Sacred Awakenings,an Olympia-based yoga instructor, doula, childbirth educator& massage practitioner over the last decade has been drawn to the healing energy of sound since 2004. Kristen will release her first professional recording,“Sacred Sound Healing,”at The Yoga LofT, 219 LEGION WAY SW. The free, family-friendly CD release party is an open house atmosphere that will run from 5-8pm with hourly live performances
