Two classes on Monday created with the business community in mind. Many businesses are closed Mondays, these classes are a great way to start the week.
Two classes to choose from 10:00 to 11:00am and a Noon to 12:50 pm. $5 fee. Stop by for a view of the lake from our YOGA Loft, located in the historic American Legion Bldg.
