Christopher Kimball: Milk Street Live

Food/Tasting, Talks/Lectures
Until his surprise dismissal in 2015, Kimball was the founder and editor of "Cook's Country" and "Cook's Illustrated" magazines, as well as the host and impresario of "America’s Test Kitchen" and the television offshoot of "Cook’s Country." Kimball's new project is called Milk Street Kitchen: He is remodeling the ground floor of the Flour & Grain Exchange building in Boston into a cooking school. A new television series and magazine are also in the works. At the State Theatre, the audience will watch blooper footage, including a disastrous "Today" show appearance, witness live experiments on stage and query Kimball about their own cooking problems.
